Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 stick butter, melted
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. pecans (more if desired)
Preparation
    Blend together all ingredients, except raisins and nuts.
    Then fold in raisins and nuts.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 until done.
