Super Bowl Sunday Dinner - cooking recipe

3 loaves frozen bread
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 chopped green pepper
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 jar spaghetti sauce (10 oz.)
Preparation

Thaw bread and let rise to double.
Brown the beef, onions and celery and let cool.
Roll out the bread dough to about 12 x 18-inches each.
Spread the cooled (not cold) meat, peppers and mushrooms on the dough, mostly in the middle.
Top with the Mozzarella.
Roll up, making sure the rolls are sealed.
Let rise again for about 1/2 hour and bake at 375\u00b0, until well browned (about 40 minutes).
Slice in very thick slices and use the heated sauce as a dip.
