Pineapple Yam Peaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium sweet potatoes
    1 egg, beaten
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 slices pineapple
    6 marshmallows
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets until tender.
    Peel, mash fine and add remaining ingredients.
    Cover each pineapple slice with a mound of potato one inch thick.
    Top with marshmallow.
    Brown in oven; temperature medium.
    Ready to serve.
