Perfect Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 egg
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. water
    about 6 c. flour
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine sugar, salt, yeast and 2 cups flour. In pan, heat margarine and water until very warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0). Beat liquid into dry mixture until blended.
    Increase speed to medium.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Beat in egg.
    Continue beating 2 minutes more.
    With spoon, stir in remaining 3 to 4 cups flour to make a soft dough.
    Turn on floured surface.
    Knead 10 minutes.
    Shape into ball.
    Let rest 10 minutes.
    Shape and raise 1 hour.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
