Wassail Bowl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. apple cider or juice
    2 cinnamon sticks
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. honey or 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon rind (optional)
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice (2 1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Heat cider and cinnamon stick in large pan.
    Bring to boil and simmer, covered, 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
    Keep hot over low heat or reheat in small batches.
    Makes 20 cups.
