Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 c. cucumbers, sliced thin
1 c. sliced onion
1 c. sliced green peppers
2 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1 c. white vinegar
2 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Stir vinegar, sugar and other dry ingredients together.
Pour over cucumbers, peppers and onions.
Let stand in refrigerator 2 or 3 days before using.
Keeps in fridge indefinitely.
