Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

sweet potatoes
butter
maple syrup

Preparation

Cook sweet potatoes until tender, but not soft.
Peel and slice the long way.
Arrange in buttered baking dish and cover with maple syrup and dot with butter; add a little water and bake until potatoes are glazed.
