Oil Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour (plain)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    5 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt.
    Stir in oil and water.
    Roll 1/2 dough at a time between 2 pieces of waxed paper; dampen bottom piece of paper slightly.
    Peel off top paper, flip into pie plate.
    Yield: Pastry for one 2-crust pie.
