Vegetables Romano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini slices
    1 c. onion rings
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    grated Romano cheese
Preparation
    Saut zucchini and onions in margarine for 10 minutes.\tAdd tomatoes.
    Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.\tSprinkle with Romano cheese.
    Serves 4.
