Beet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. beets, cooked in salted water and diced
    1 c. crushed pineapple, including juice
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 small box Jell-O (lemon)
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Add all other ingredients. Chill in refrigerator until set.
