Ingredients
    2/3 c. shortening
    1/4 c. cream
    2/3 c. water
    3 1/3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 can pumpkin (1 lb. can)
    2/3 c. nuts, chopped
    2/3 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix shortening, sugar and cream.
    Add eggs, water and pumpkin; mix well.
    Blend in remaining ingredients and place in a lightly greased loaf pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
