Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. vegetable shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients in a separate bowl. Beat egg, vinegar and water slightly.
    Combine two mixtures.
    Makes 2 double crust 10-inch pies.
