Bonnie'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper
    1 small bottle Italian dressing
    1 small onion, chopped
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and eggs.
    When potatoes are done, peel and slice into bowl.
    Peel eggs and set aside.
    Season potatoes with salt and pepper.
    Generously pour dressing over potatoes; mix together and refrigerate.
    Before serving, add onion and just enough mayonnaise to bind all together.
    Garnish with eggs, sliced thinly.
