Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread
    margarine or butter
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
Preparation
    Remove crusts from bread; spread with margarine.
    Place in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Set aside.
    Cook sausage until browned, stirring to crumble; drain well.
    Spoon over bread slices.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard (optional); mix well.
    Pour over cheese.
    Cover; chill overnight.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
