Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. white sugar
    2/3 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 box raisins, cooked (with 2 c. water; bring to boil and cool)
    1 c. raisin juice
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix and set aside raisin juice and soda.
    Mix eggs, sugar, shortening, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Add raisin juice.
    Then add flour, raisins and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes in greased and floured Bundt pan.
    No icing needed.
