Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine oil, eggs, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture.
    Add nuts and mix well. Spoon into two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
