Jo Jo Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    7 potatoes (peeled or unpeeled), quartered lengthwise
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients.
    Use 7 potatoes (peeled or unpeeled), quartered lengthwise.
    Dredge slices in mixture.
    Place in Pyrex dish.
    Cut margarine over potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
