Mildred Sloan'S Hamburger Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. dry rice (heaping)
    1 can chow mein noodles
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Saute beef, celery and onion; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Stir in 2/3 can of chow mein noodles; pour into a 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 30 minutes, then, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle balance of noodles on top; bake 15 minutes more.
    Let rest 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
