Oyster Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
2 stacks saltines, broken (or oyster crackers)
1 pt. oysters
milk or half and half
Preparation

Melt margarine and mix with broken saltines.
Heat oysters in juice until edges curl.
Use slotted spoon and dip out oysters and layer with crackers.
Use liquid from oysters and add enough milk to make 3 1/2 cups liquid.
Pour over oysters and crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 till it bubbles.
