Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 lb. red eating apples
    2 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. seedless raisins
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice.
    Dice apples (do not peel). Add apples to mayonnaise and lemon juice; stir to coat well.
    Add sliced celery, walnuts and raisins; toss until mixed well.
    Serve in bowl or arranged on lettuce.
