Slowly Deviled Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean stew beef, cut in 1 inch cubes
    1 envelope Sloppy Joes mix
    1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
    1 c. coarsely sliced celery
    1 green pepper, cut into squares
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in crock-pot; stir to mix.
    Cover and cook about 10 hours on low or 4 to 5 hours on High.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
    (Can also be baked in casserole for 2 to 2 1/2 hours in 325\u00b0 oven.)
