Cashew Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. cashew nuts, coarsely chopped
    1 c. celery, finely chopped
    1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped
    1/2 soup can milk plus mushroom liquid
    1 small can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Saute the celery, onion and mushrooms in the oil for a few minutes.
    (Do not brown.)
    Add the liquid to the mushroom soup and stir until smooth.
    Combine all ingredients an blend thoroughly. Pour into a greased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
