Buttermilk Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut into serving pieces
    buttermilk
    seasoned flour*
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Dip pieces of cut up and skinned chicken in evaporated milk, then in corn flake crumbs, which have been mixed with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
    Put in buttered baking dish and turn once to coat both sides.
    Sprinkle with black pepper and bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour or until well done.
