Crumb-Coated Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. buttery flavored cracker crumbs
1 1/2 lb. chicken pieces, skin removed
Preparation

In small bowl, beat together egg, butter and salt.
In shallow dish, place crumbs.
Coat chicken with crumbs, then egg mixture and crumbs again.
In 8-inch square dish, arrange chicken with meatiest pieces near edges of dish.
Cover with wax paper. Microwave at High 12 to 14 minutes.
Rotate dish 1/2 turn after half the cooking time.
Makes 2 to 3 servings.
