Sweet Potato Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans or 3 2/3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 c. milk
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients.
Beat at medium speed with a mixer until smooth. Pour into a greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish.
Set aside.
Combine butter and next 4 ingredients, stirring with a fork.
Sprinkle over potato mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Yields 8 servings.
