Zucchini-Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded or grated zucchini
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped dates (optional)
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Add the dry ingredients to all the other items.
    Bake in loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
