Can'T Fail Quick Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. milk
    5 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Never stir while cooking.
    Cook 5 minutes after candy starts to boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 1 tablespoon butter and vanilla.
    Beat until glossy and creamy. Pour on platter.
    Cut when cool.
    Can add 1/2 cup peanut butter or 1/2 cup pecans.
