Un-Mexican Haystack - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. garlic powder
dash of Tabasco
salt and pepper
2 c. shredded ham
10 small flour tortillas
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
chopped, fresh parsley
Preparation

Combine thoroughly the first 8 ingredients.
Stir in ham. Place a tortilla on a plate and spread with mixture.
Repeat layers, ending with mixture.
Sprinkle with nuts and parsley. Cover and refrigerate.
Cut into wedges or cubes and insert decorative toothpick.
May be prepared
1 day ahead if wrapped tightly.
