Quick Crawfish Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can tomato soup
    2 lb. crawfish tails
    1/2 stick butter
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add soup, plus 1/2 can of water from each can.
    Let simmer for about 15 minutes.
    Add crawfish tails and pepper to taste.
    Serve over rice.
