Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs at high speed 5 minutes.
    Slowly beat in sugar.
    Stir in pumpkin.
    Stir together flour, baking powder, salt, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Fold into pumpkin mixture.
    Grease and flour a paper-lined 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
    Spread mixture evenly in pan and sprinkle with nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
