Miami Ice Cooler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
    1 cup pineapple chunks in their own juice
    1 (8 oz.) can chilled Glucerna Shake Vanilla
    1 packet artificial sweetener
    1 tsp. coconut extract
    1 cup frozen, unsweetened strawberries
    5 ice cubes
Preparation
    Place orange juice and pineapple into a blender.
    Pour 4 ozs. (half) of Glucerna Shake into blender.
    Cover and mix for 15 to 30 seconds.
    Add sweetener, extract, remaining Glucerna Shake, frozen strawberries and ice cubes.
    Cover and blend on high until smooth. Serve immediately.
