Aunt Doris' Salmon Mousse, Updated(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. light mayonnaise
    1 tsp. dill weed (fresh is better; use more)
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained
    1 c. plain yogurt
    2 cucumbers, sliced (optional)
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, mix water and gelatin.
    Let stand 1 minute.
    Place over medium heat until gelatin is completely dissolved, stirring constantly.
    Pour into blender or Cuisinart. Add lemon juice and onion; cover and mix.
    Add mayonnaise, dill, paprika and drained salmon.
    Pour yogurt over all.
    Cover and mix until smooth.
