Ground Meat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 medium onion, diced
    green onions, optional
    minced garlic, optional
    1/2 large bell pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 (12 oz.) bag macaroni
    3/4 lb. mild or medium Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 soup cans water
Preparation
    Mix
    spices, onions, garlic and bell pepper with ground meat. Brown
    over
    medium
    heat.\tDrain
    excess
    juice
    after browned. Remove from heat.
    Add soup, sauce, macaroni, cheese and
    water. Stir
    well\tand bake at 450\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.\tStir; bake another 1/2 hour until macaroni is done.
