Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. shortening
1 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
Preparation

Mix flour and shortening like making biscuits.
Mix all ingredients together.
Dissolve yeast in warm water, then add to flour and shortening mixture.
Mix well and let set for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Roll the dough out and cut with biscuit cutter.
Fold each one in half and brush with melted butter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
