Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1 lb. ground beef and turkey
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes or whole tomatoes
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar pizza sauce
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese (optional)
    onions or mushrooms (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Steam cabbage; let cool.
    Separate each leaf to fill with mixture.
    Mix together uncooked hamburger meat, cooked rice, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
    Fill cabbage leaf with about 2 tablespoons of mixture.
    Roll up and secure with toothpick.
    Lay side by side in casserole dish.
    Top with pizza sauce and cheese if desired.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until done.
    Serve with vegetable or salad.
    Serves 4 to 6.
