Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic
1 (15 oz.) can garbanzos (chickpeas)
1/2 c. tahini paste
3 to 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 to 4 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
pinch of coriander
salt to taste
pita bread, warmed and cut into triangles
Preparation

Mince garlic in food processor.
Add garbanzos, tahini, lemon juice, water, olive oil, salt and cumin.
Blend until smooth.
Add lemon juice or water if too thick.
Transfer to serving dish and garnish with olives, chopped red onion and chopped tomato.
Use pita triangles for dipping.
