Pecan Pesto Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. packed fresh basil
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. chopped, roasted pecans
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Blend at medium speed until well mixed.
Refrigerate.
Mix into cooked pasta to taste.
Additional roasted pecans may be sprinkled on top of pasta and sauce as a garnish.
This sauce may be frozen.
