Hungarian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground pork
1 tsp. parsley leaves, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 clove garlic, chopped
bread crumbs
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg
3 slices fresh rye bread
1/4 tsp. paprika
3 Tbsp. canned milk
Preparation
-
Mix pork, onion, parsley, egg, seasoning, garlic, milk and crumbled bread in mixing bowl.
Form into loaf, roll in bread crumbs.
Bake in oven in fat.
Serve hot or cold.
