Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped chicken
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. red pepper or pimentos
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
crushed chips or crackers
Preparation

Mix celery, onion and red pepper.
Mix soup, sour cream and mayonnaise.
Add celery mixture.
Add chicken.
Bake in square casserole dish for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Add butter to crushed chips or crackers and mix evenly.
Spread on top of baked dish and bake for 10 more minutes at 350\u00b0.
