Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 c. sliced cooking apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Slice apples; put in buttered dish (oblong).
Sprinkle cinnamon and salt over top.
Add water.
Mix the flour, butter and sugar for topping; crumble over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
