Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. blue berries (fresh or frozen)
1 3/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Mix egg, oil and milk and add to dry mixture, stirring only to moisten.
Fold in the blueberries. Makes 12 regular size muffins.
Bake at 400\u00b0 in greased tins or paper lined for 20 to 25 minutes.
