Chex Muddy Buddies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

9 c. Chex cereals
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Preparation

Pour Chex in bowl.
Set aside.
In a 1-quart microwave bowl, combine Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter.
Microwave on High for 1 or 1 1/2 minutes or until smooth, stirring after 1 minute.
Stir in vanilla; pour chocolate mixture over cereal, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated.
Pour into Ziploc bags with powdered sugar.
Seal and shake well until coated.
Spread on wax paper.
