Oriental Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breasts, skinned
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Mix orange juice and soy sauce together.
    Put in a skillet with the chicken pieces.
    Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
    Remove lid and let liquid cook down.
    Watch carefully and turn chicken often while cooking down.
