Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter-flavored shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. chopped pecans
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar. Beat in eggs. Blend in bananas and vanilla. Add flour alternately with buttermilk. Fold in pecans.
