Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) frozen or fresh broccoli, chopped
    1/2 c. rice, cooked
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    Ritz crackers, crushed
    butter
Preparation
    Mix cream of mushroom soup, egg and mayonnaise.
    Add steamed broccoli, rice and cheese.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Top with Ritz crackers and dot with butter.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
