Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. oats
2 c. corn flakes
1 (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Cream butter, shortening, sugars and eggs.
Sift together flour, baking powder and baking soda; add to creamed mixture.
Fold in additional ingredients.
Bake on cookie sheet at 350\u00b0.
Use ice cream scoop for large cookie (15 to 20 minutes), 1/2 scoop for smaller cookie (bake 5 minutes less).
