Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. yellow summer squash, sliced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 c. carrots, shredded
8 oz. seasoned bread crumbs (package or homemade)
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In large saucepan, cook squash and onion in boiling water for 5 minutes or until tender.
Combine soup and sour cream.
Add drained squash and onion.
Mix in bread crumbs and cheese.
Spread into buttered casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
