Marinated Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans drained English peas
1 (16 oz.) can drained bean sprouts
1 (4 oz) jar drained pimento, chopped
4 stalks chopped celery
1 medium chopped onion
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. dried whole basil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine first five ingredients and toss lightly.
Combine other ingredients in a jar.
Cover and shake.
Pour over vegetables.
Cover and chill 12 hours.
