Baked Chicken With Tarragon And Fennel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skinned
    1 tsp. tarragon
    1/4 tsp. fennel seed, crushed
    1/8 tsp. cardamom
    salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place chicken breast on foil-lined baking pan.
    Sprinkle with seasonings.
    Cover loosely with foil to help retain moisture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, until cooked through.
