Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. evaporated milk
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. butternut flavoring
    1 c. coconut
    3 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Combine Crisco and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time. Stir dry ingredients. Add evaporated milk. Add flavoring. Bake in greased tube pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Leave oven closed until done. Check near end of cooking time. Cooking times may vary.
